Developer Proposes 300 More Dwellings at the Dundee Nursery Site

On December 10th, the City Council met with a developer to discuss their proposal to bring 300 more residential units into the neighborhood! Just a mile south of Hollydale, Commercial Investment Properties, Inc is proposing -

  • A four-story, general-occupancy apartment building totaling 300 units;

  • A three-level, 540 space parking ramp that would both serve as a park-and-ride facility (150-200) and provide parking spaces required for the development;

  • And a three-story, medical office building with roughly 65,000 square feet and 320 parking spaces both at grade and two levels of underground parking in the east portion of the site;

  • Open space along the northern border for public use that will act as a buffer for the existing townhomes to the north.

300 more residential units and associated cars and students = 300 more reasons not to develop Hollydale.
